Unless it's absolutely impossible you should keep power and signal wires seperate. If they must cross each other I've heard that you can help decrease noise by crossing the wires at 90 degrees. This way there is a very small area where the noise could travel between wires. I'm not sure how well this actually works because I just run wires away from each other. Good Luck.
