Fusebox should be directly above where your left foot would be on the drivers side. On 98's there is a small button of sorts that you just push up on an the fuse box will pop open, don't worry the back is hinged so it will swing down. If your tour is a 98 se and says 'stereo' on the doors and has a cassette deck it didn't get the 'premium sound' option. Which means it shouldn't have an amp either. The door speakers are very easy to get out. However getting to the door speakers is another story. It's not hard you just have to know where the screws are.
