I think you're pretty damn close... If I recall correctly, it was either an old LT1 vette, a ZR1, or a then new '97 Vette... Definitely a vette though.
JVT - I thought it was the regular "run of the mill" Vette 'cause they had $$ restrictions on the cars that could be tested (Viper didn't make it). ...it's too late for me to go digging through my old Motor Trends.
