Why do you want the new pan? It holds less oil than the old pan, and the baffles do nothing for you. This will NOT help you if you're installing an older engine - Ford (apparently) corrected the drainage problem in the engine and then decided the bigger pan was no longer necessary - this is not a standalone retrofit modification.
