Stazzi i am a freshman in community college and work 25hrs part time to save up enough money for a new tour with a v 6 and mtx and enough for a turbo would never happen..so i am gonna keep workin on my $40 investment, because its fun. NO offense to you or anything a new car with turbo/s/c system isnt possible for me.

I'm just letting you know that you're wasting your time. If it were all that easy do you think I, and others, would've dropped $5k on a turbo kit and sundries? I doubt it! And this is coming frome someone with a Mech Eng degree with a thesis on T/C'ing engines - so that should tell you that I know what is realistic and what isn't. 
Seeing as you're in college, you're better off investing that money into a Keg and/or a bottle of Absolut so that you can increase the punani input into your bedroom! Trust me it'll be more effective than trying to increase the power/torque output from you engine - especially with that budget!
