Sandman, you might be interested to know that President Bush is evidently keeping score on the war on terror. He was interviewed for a piece about 9/11 by 60 Minutes II and when asked about keeping a tally he responded coyly:

"I have a classified document that might have some pictures on there, just to keep reminding me about whoâ??s out there, where they might be."
Reporter: And as the terrorists are captures or killed?
"I might make a little check there, yeah."
