98ContourZtech2.0 - When you have the headlights on & pull on the knob , does it actually "click" & pull out , or does nothing happen ?? Just curious ...

I checked the ol Chiltons guide:
It's in the engine compartment fuse box.
It's #5(on the bottom right of the fuse box...second from last on the left) It's a 15 amp fuse.
I was having a problem with my factory fogs:
The outer casing was cracked letting condensation inside, and blowing the bulbs. After four different sets of bulbs in 6 months I gave up and bought some nice aftermarket lamps. IMO the aftermarket lamps look twice as good, and I have yet to have a single problem!
