Just another case of parents trying to raise their children away from home. Teach them right when young & they will act responsibly of their own accord.
Technology is not a substitute for good parenting. The schools are no substitute for parenting either. Children need boundaries so that they can learn for themselves that bad behavior = punishment, good behavior = reward. Consistant reinforcement of these principals at home will yield a well adjusted young man/woman of great charachter.
