Primer+paint+clearcoat and all the other additives (hardener, flex additive, reducer) your probably looking at 250-300. Of course, im sure youll be having someone do this for you, so probably like $600-800 total to have it painted. as for the cost of fascias and skirts, they range quite a bit.
