I'd start with having the battery tested, then the alternator output. When my battery finally died, it sounded a lot like what you're going thru. I'm not sure how all this vacuum talk would effect you since it would make the car poorly right from the get go...and not "kick in" after 10 minutes driving, where the battery sure would.

Ric mentioned the alternator, that was my first guess. Is that not feasible as the culprit? My driving style was slow, going through town, 3000rpm or so. I did replace the TPS and my secondaries seems to be fine now that I cleaned out the IMRC. Since it starts up ok but then dies after a few, that makes me wonder. ok, will try to inspect the lines. d For Sale: 1998.5 Silver Frost SVT.
