I was in a wreck on friday, and my car is totaled. before i pulled the passenger side front door open with my tractor, i could reach the outside of the passenger door from the drivers seat, not streching. I may be parting it out depending on what the insurance company will give me. It is a '99 Ford Contour SE Sport. V6, ATX. The only damage was done to the front and rear passenger doors, passenger side A and B pillars, and some frame damage. Everything else is perfect. The way i figure it, she was goin about 60+ MPH. BTW, i had to sell my SVT, so I am out of all my 'Tours. I will be getting a V6 Tbird tho.

Okay, here it is. My mother and grandfather have been daeling with the insurance company for me. She told the adjuster that we would just take the total amount, and they cound have the car. Sorry to all you folks who wanted parts off my car. They now have the title, but they haven't come and gotten the car. Theoretically, I could take some small parts off of the car, but my parents gave them all the keys, and i can't get in. Sorry to all of you who wanted a peice of my car.

Its cool dude! It wasn't about the parts, it was about you being OK. I PM'd you about a couple of things, but the main thing is you got out healthy. Take care & enjoy the next car you select. I'd be interested to hear about what you pick to replace the 'Tour, so keep in touch & drive carefully! JimR
Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.
