P0171 is a lean code I believe. It could be a vacuum leak. Spray carb cleaner around the intake with the car at idle and listen for an engine stumble.
If it's not that, try cleaning your MAF, resetting KAM, and installing a new air filter. Do these three at the same time. Do a search on this board on the subject of cleaning the MAF and clearing KAM.
