I have power windows and alloys but Im not driving a sport.
But...I carry full coverage with my companies maximum 300/500/300 and I only pay $124. I have one speeding ticket, that when I asked about it, my agent told me that it does absolutely nothing to my rate.

And, my insurance drops in 13 days because of my 25th birthday.
Suprisingly though, Progressive quoted me $1200/6 months.
Maybe its just because I am without sport.
