Tonite I saw this kick ass spider again and it's living in my car. He was crawling on the inside of the windsheild and when I went to grab him, he quickly zipped into the vent..... Damn thing is like Flash Gordon!!!!! I can only hope it's not laying any eggs in there..... Anybody else got something living in there cars besides themselves?

Spiders lay their eggs in the early spring, so you don't have any worries for now. I should know cause they lay their eggs in my attic, and every spring, I get the SH*T chewed out of me while I'm sleeping. I see the babies hanging around on my ceilings, since they come through the holes that the ceiling fans and utility boxes are mounted on. Nasty buggers... They are probably looking for a way to keep warm and a place to hibernate...

Eeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwww!
I left a plug out of the firewall once and while driving home from work, a snake fell out of the dash wiring onto my leggs! Freaked me! Couldn't find him when I got home so I left the car parked with the doors open the next day.

yeah.... i got a spider in my car too. found it today while i was driving. about a quarter sized spider, didn't look poisonous or anything (brown/tan color with black markings on back). it was crawling on my leg, so i flicked it off, but i wasn't sure if i got it out the window or what cause i couldn't find it. later a freind got in the passenger seat and was like "DUDE! i just got some web on my face from in here"

spiders LOVE my cougar. I find these little white ones on the outside of the car all the time. they love to just hang out on the roof or the hood. I haven't found too many little buggers venturing into the interior yet.

Raid makes these little fumigator things you guys can use. Chemicals in a little can. Just add water & bugs are dead. I used one in my big Merc because of a wood spider in the trunk. Great thing about them, they leave no nasty residue on your interior like a fogger will.
Just be sure to put something heat resistant under the can-o-killer. I don't think it gets hot enough to harm anything because it sits in a plastic cup, its just a precaution I took to protect my car.
Good luck!
Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

Hey Jeff just keep introducing things that are higher in the food chain till the spider is gone. You could start with a bat. They love insects.
