Yea, they tried to screw me over too, just because I'm 17. I brought my car in to get the warpped dash and the heater fixed. The next day I pick it up and BAM my side skirt has a missing peice! wtf is that? I told them and they go No we didn't take it off why would we your car never went up on the stand. I go it was on there when I brought the car in. They said no it wasn't and tried to argue with me. So I brought in my mom and she told them the same ****, and now they were like Ok we'll order you a new peice, but we didn't break it off.
GRRRRRRRRR
so anyways they were supposed to call me when they got it in. They got it in over the weekend and didnt' call me at all. The only way I found out was when my friend went to take his car in and I was going to give him a ride home. When they give me the part they tell me it's 20 something dollars, and I'm like WTF? you guys told me you were going to order a new one and I wasn't going to pay for it because they knocked it off. So he's like well you can go talk to 'so and so' I go fine. I go and talk with this guy and he's like yea you don't have to pay we'll just write it off as a 'whatever' he said. Then he goes right before I left, By the way, We didn't knock the part off. I couldn't believe he said that, he's like 30something and acts like a child, it's not like it's tooken out of his paycheck, I mean how old is this guy really, you are supposed to be nice to your customers not play "i'm always right"
grr ford, I think we need to start a petition to have ford revise their customer satisfaction rules
