I found a motorcycle helmet with a rating of M2000, but i don;t know if it will be good enough. Its for the Redline Track event at Willow Springs raceway in CA.
Does anyone know of a place online i can get a helmet for cheap??? I saw JCwhitney selling a M2000 rated helmet for 84 bucks...cheapest i found.

More then likely the M2000 will be good enough. You can call and ask. The major difference between M and SA is fire protection.
