our newspaper (cleveland plain dealer) also downplayed the stuff the amish kids/adults were doing.
they called it "pranks" and something that was a "tradition" (or something to that effect). also, they only had ONE sentence about the paintball gun. the rest was about throwing tomatoes. talk about being biased...
