According to Magnefine, they have a new product called FORCEFIELD,
that works with any SPIN on Oil Filter.
This adds the Magnetic pickup for particles that are 3 microns and larger.
If you want simplicity, then go with the magenefine filter.
Change it every 15,000 miles at least.
If you have an existing spin on oil filter setup, adding the FORCEFIELD can't hurt.
The Magnefine filter is also good for our POWER STEERING SYSTEMS.
I would place this between the return line from the rack and the intake of the pump.
There is less pressure and more FLOW required in this line.
