If you are looking for some subs that will have tremendous SPL with very good SQ, look into the MASS from Audiomobile.
www.audiomobileinc.com I have ONE 12 getting about 750 RMS right now, and it is UNBELIEVABLY loud. Everyone thinks I have at least 2 subs in my trunk. I have it faced backwards in about a 1.0 cubic foot sealed box. I am thinking about porting it as you can get even more SPL that way. The sub has the longest X-Max for ANY 12 (or 10 for that matter, as their 10 has won numerous awards) available today.
