I live 10 minutes form mirkos shop..they only come in Fiber Glass. They are not made in house but by some company that is doing the work for him. CF is not avaiable form what he told me.
Getting it Molded requires Bondo and adhesive.
Basically you have to sand you whole bumber and repaint it (if you want it to look proper). Or you can sand the section that the spliter connects to, use a specail adhesive to put it on, use Bondo to make it flush...but you must be carful with the bondo because if you get any on a painted surface than it causes problmes, hence the reason to repaint the whole bumper.
Sand the bondo down, then paint....it ...some times you run the risk of not getting the same shade of paint if you just paint a small section.
But that should be the just of it.
