I'm not so sure about a 13.4 without some more work being done. I had two 5.0s. Both stick. One basically stock except for some exhaust work, cold air intake and a bump in timing. I ran a best 14.5 with that one. However, my second one that I just had about a year and a half ago had full length headers, Bassani X-Pipe no cats, Mac hi-flo mufflers, 3.73 gears, bumped up timing, underdrive pullies, Dunlop 5000s, 70mm throttle body, adjustable fuel pump regulator, true fenderwell cold air induction, short shifter, superchip, and a thermometer. I ran a best of 13.75 in that one (damn, I miss that car!) Anyway, I'm gonna go cry now.
