Did I mention that the WI Troopers can kiss my butt. Hopefully I can get it back on next weekend. Just a FYI for everyone in Wisconsin. She just wants to let the original officer deal with because she has no clue what to do. Try to talk to someone else at the HQ while you are waiting to hear back from the original trooper.
