that is a MkII Toyota MR2 with a full TRD 14 piece Widebody kit. Badass car (my brother owns one), BADASS and VERY EXPENSIVE body kit (i believe in the $6k range).
NOW, in terms of what the MR2 looks like painted with that kit, here is an idea:
In my opinion, one of the best looking kits for the MR2 (maybe Border and Office Kei, but the TRD set is definitely hot).
