Here's my solution:
Run the power wires along the surface of the amp rack, next to the amps.
Suspend the signal cables (speaker wire & RCA's) from the underside of the rear package shelf, above the amps. You can use zip ties or split loom tubing to make the results a little neater.
If your amp rack hangs low enough there will be no "crossing of the streams"
