Actually that's not a bad question. It depends entirely on the engine, transmission, tires, etc... Dad's 69 Charger R/T with it's skinny tires wasn't really all that fast despite having a beast engine in it.
So seriously, who's fastest straight line between the SVT, the SRT and the SS? 
Also, what's under the chevelle's hood? I can't really tell from the angle provided
