When I installed my 2 15s there was a lot of vibrations. I finally got a sheet of foam, and placed pieces of it under the rear deck to reduce the brake light's movement. I also had to place a few pieces under other parts of the deck.
It was done by squeezing the pieces through the holes in the trunk, and took about a week of finetuning. I also had to remove the plastic pieces in the rear 1/4 panels that cover the vents. It doesn't rattle at all now.
The liscence plate and rear bumper is a different story...

To fix your liscense plate first make sure you have no liscense plate frame...May look cool but will ALWAYS rattle. Then just buy a sheet of dynamat and dynamat the back of the liscense plate...It fixed my rattle..Hey Sadeeq...You just said "I also had to remove the plastic pieces in the rear 1/4 panels that cover the vents."...What are you referring to? I am trying to cure my rattles too!!!!!

if you pull the carped away from either side of the rear of your trunk, you will notice a vent. it has a plastic grating and a plastic gutter to keep water from leaking into your trunk. behind the grating (looking from the inside) there is a rubber flap that covers the hole. when air pressure is increased or decreased in the car, these flaps open. when a large sub is moving the air in your trunk the pressure causes these rubber pieses to flap loudly in a fart like manner. put your head next to each side of the trunk whil playing oyur subs and you will hear it. i used needle nose plyers to rip the top part of the flap out, but left the bottom and the watter gutter in. no more fart.

To kill license plate rattle, I used a couple mouse pads. Go to staples and pick up a big cheap-o pad, and cut it into sections, i put one piece under each screw mount, and little squares of it all over the rest of the plate (or cover the whole back of the damn thing). I stuck it on with good ol' elmers glue. Make sure you get a cloth-faced pad, and not the laminated face ones.
