I made the one-touch module almost two years ago now (wow) for people who had factory keyless entry and wanted to control their sunroof from the car remote, but not have extra non-factory remotes. It opens/closes/tilts the moonroof from the remote plus adds one-touch open. It was supposed to seem just like a factory option and I think no one would ever know the difference without it. I found later that if you hit lock-unlock it will roll the moonroof closed too...a byproduct of how it works. They can be seen on my webpage.
Only 9 of them plus the prototype were ever made, so they're exclusive too!
This same device would work for any door window too, but just costs $ to add it in. I originally charged $75 for the device shipped with short harness and instructions. I think that those who actually put it in really liked it.

It goes great if you buy an alarm that integrates with the factory keyless entry system too.
