This something we have in common with the BMW M3...plastic impellers for the w/p. They too have problems with them goign bad and suggest changing out the coolant on a regular basis too. This is said to reduce the amount of some type of acid build up in the coolant system, why not just use soem Tums or something
I changed my coolant at 30K and now I'm debating on pulling that w/p pump off after reading the post about FoMoCo changing the w/p in 99'. Actually I thought they changed it in 00', but when did they actually change it?, do we have any inside info on that
