Saying that, I did a search for 'High Mileage Water Pump' with the 'AND' function in ALL forums and came up with the following thread:
CLICK ME Although some water pumps have lasted a long time (mine included....132k+ miles) its very common amongst some CEG'ers to replace the water pump with the metal impellar pump as 'Preventative Maint'.
