I am just wondering what the sypmtoms of bad cats are. My exhaust seems to be choking my car. I have no power above 3000 rpms(the car just makes a lot of noise, but does not really pick up speed) and my car seems to make weird popping noises every once in a while. My car has 142,xxx miles and these may still be the original pre-cats. I also have the SHO Shop main cat. Can i have an exhaust shop clean out the cats? Will the pre-cats eventually gut themselves or do i have to get new ones? Any help is appreciated.
