Yes it is at leg level, actually right at the knee. At first before I did it I figured that that would suck but I didnt want to put it anywhere else because I didnt want to go out of the grill area so if I fugged up I could just get the grill fix kit. I test sounded it the best I could (which wasnt very good) and I thought it sounded "okay" but once I got it completed and the amps and crossovers tuned just right it sounds friggin awesome! If someone's knee is in the way it is a little quiter but makes the sound sound like its comming from the front of the car more. I love it, Im not sure what anyone else would think but it sounds better then all my past cars ever have.
