I listened to the video & the shifts sounded pretty good. I hear no clunks from a bang shift. It did appear that you never got out of 3rd gear, most likely because of the O/D light flashing.
Don't commit to it until the O/D light thing is solved & you get a plausable explanation as to why it did that.
Let us know what the line pressures were (I'm curious) & if you decide to yank the chip, let me know. I'd love to have it to tinker with.
