Yes it is. The cat back kit from BAT was less than $200! And I made the brackets in our machine shop, and the cut outs in the bumper were done with a dremel drill.

I hate all you moonlight blue owners! you have the best color ever offered on the Contour! i am jealous. car looks nice man, as others said, I like the exhaust, first person I've seen do cutouts. I was thinking of going that route myself when I get around to doing my exhaust.

That badge is present on all the pre-98 Duratecs, IIRC. The 98+ got the "Duratec" badging on the shield.
