This might be very possible. I know a guy that does great carbon fibre work. The only thing is that this would not be a stick on I would have it made so that it replaces your exsiting dash pieces. I'm in the middle of movign right now so I won't be able to talk to the guy until next week. This also has great prices he told my friend that he would make me a carbon fibre hood for around $500 Canadian which is awesome becuse most carbon fibre hoods cost $1500 Canadian.
