If your springs are correct then chances are that the flexible break hose is damaged internally from letting the caliber hang from it during service. A visual will not show such damage. Do you have a break light? If you do, you still have air trapped. If you are only bleeding the fronts you will not remove the air. It is a diagonal system; bleed the LF and RR as a pair and the RF and the LR as a pair. If the breaks were not bleed this way, then do so before changing the flex lines.

Ok so here was my problem.
The caliber clips were on wrong befor firestone put on the new rotor, so they put them on the right way when doing so.
After doing so thats when I had a weak brake pedal.after one gallon of brake fluid and a new master cyl: no luck still a week brake pedel,so to night I put the calpers clips back the way I had them which is wrong by the book and now I have the strongest brake pedel I have ever had on this car.

You tell me but my brakes have never felt this strong befor..

To say that my clips are on wrong by the book well maybe thay are but here one for ya. My friend has the same year car but with a 3 litter 5 spd is brake pedel felt the same way with the calpier clips on the way the book says, So we put them on the way we did mine and now we have the strongest brake pedal we have felt on this car. How ever he has ss brake hoses brand new SVT rotors and new loaded calpers and new brake lines and a new master cly: and brake booster. I dont know what to say about all of this but if I had taking my car to the ford dealer who knows what new un needed parts they would have tryed to sell me.

Can some one please tell me why if my caliper retaining clips are on wrong according to the book why my brake pedel is the strongest that I have ever felt, works very well. When the clips are on right I have a weak pedel, trust me there is no air in the syt: have a brand new master cly, calipers are working good pads and rotors are in very good shap. Hmmm
Does not make any sence when everthing is working proberly.
