Ha,
Bet you thought I found one????

I have the spin on BM and I am looking for a good place to mount it. Anyone install one on a V6 yet?

I planned to have one, but after I check the car and find nowhere to mount, then I have to quit.

Iā??m going to use the FL300 oil filter. It is a shorter version of the FL1 style that came with the remote filter. I am also going to remove my factory lines and re-plum the whole deal. I donā??t like using barbed fittings and hose clamps on oil lines or cutting into good lines. For the flexible sections I am going to use braided high pressure (per-made) hose assemblies. The hard line I will use 3/8 OD steel tube and bend and flair it myself. I will let you know when I find a suitable location for the filter. Itā??s too hot to work today.

Factory plumbing in 5/16".

You might want to stay with the 5/16" to avoid using weird sized couplings
to connect to the radiator and the CD4E.
You can always size up to the remote filter housing, and then reduce to go back to the line.
This is favorable to plumbing a bigger line all around.
A bigger line means more oil and a slower flow through.
