No one here really cares and the topic of conversation is definitely not the recall. I havent really heard anyone talk about it around the watercooler so I just pass it off.

Probably not many people around the water cooler since 750,000 of them moved out of the state last year along with several businesses. You're right, nobody cares. 
If you had to pay high taxes, high fuel prices, had to suffer brownouts, etc. would YOU stay?
Anyone who willingly chooses to live in or move to California is, IMHO, insane.
