I think you would have to grow up in the L.A. area to truly understand why so many people put up with the craziness to stay in Cali. Even with all the taxes and crap I plan on moving back there when I get out of the military...Southern Cali is just...I dunno how to describe it. Where my family lives now in less than 2 hours I can drive to the mountains to go skiiing in the winter or less than 2 hours in the opposite direction and be on the beach. Amusment parks everywhere. Club life like mad for us single peoples, its got a little something for everyone. Damn I miss home now.
