Congrats on your recognition in CA&E. I read your article in the mag as well as the unabridged version on the website...a nice write-up.
A question for you: You mentioned in the full web interview you wish you could get rid of the buzzes and rattles in the front doors. How would you do this if were to do so?
Like yourself, I have frequency/song specific buzzes, despite 3 layers of Cascade and acoustic foam. After some trial and error, it seems the door latch and locking mechanism is the culprit...I can't think of a way to damp this.
Fortunately, the buzzes don't seem to show up while playing any of the SQ tracks on the IASCA disk, but, some judges use their own disks....
Anyways, any insight would be appreciated.
