I offer Zaino as an option. I've only used it on 2 cars other than mine. One was a riced out Escort that won all kinds of awards at the car show! He was getting it detailed for that reason - and opted for every conceivable option!

Anyway - I love Meguiars as well. That's why I use it on customer's cars. I haven't had any complaints.

Both get thumbs up imho.

I've used P21S before on a customer's car and they loved it. However, I think I phugged up and left it there (brand new jar). They say they don't have it (yeah right) but whatever. I haven't had time to get another jar.

I really want to use it on my car....I've heard great stuff about that - use it as a top coat(s) and it's unreal.

I'd love to try it on my car since it's black.

Hugo I'm curious, what do you charge to detail someones car? I charge $175.00 for the full detail which includes clay bar, cleaner, polish and finishing wax. I see that Meguiars now has an overspray clay thats almost $20.00, so I gotta try that out. For the cleaner I used the Medallion premium paint cleaner, the polish gets the hand polish or new car glaze and for the "icing on the cake" I use the Medallion premium paint protection. The final step stuff is about $21.00 a bottle and can't be bought in most stores, I have to order it online. Also inlcluded is the engine compartment degreased and detailed, the interior fully shampoo'd and detailed (leather is treated with the new 2 step leather process from....you guessed it, Meguiars ) Oh may I present the "Meguiars Compound"

Yes I know the road was wet, but I pulled his car out after it rained, I had to, I was leaving for work and he was going to be picking his car up in a couple hours and it dried up by then The next photo is of an 83' 380 SEL w/ 57K on the clock!

I normally charge anywhere from $150.00 - $180.00.
(Ferarri I once detailed, the guy gave me a HUGE tip to push it well into the 200's! )
Not to get too detailed (no pun intended) lol, it includes dawn soap, clay, 3m smr, glaze, wax. interior detailed (not shampooed) - stains are removed as needed. leather is always treated. tires dressed, black trim cleaned and protected, engine cleaned (not completely detailed - more noticeable if its very dusty, etc...)
door, engine, trunk jams cleaned and protected.
trunk can be cleaned - but most people stuff all the "stuff" into the trunk and don't really care for the trunk. And of course, windows. wheels are waxed too. All chrome or aluminum is polished. All MF towels...

engine detailing and zaino are extra's.

Most of my customers are now at their house/garage - its easier since I work 45 minutes away from where I live and most of my cars are from word of mouth at work.
