Follow the How-To or your Haynes/Chilton Manual. Easy peasy...

Loosen or remove brake fluid resovior cap
Wheel off
Spring off
2 7mm bolts on back side (slider pins?)
Using old pads for leverage...slowly push caliper piston back in with big screwdriver, being careful not to damage rotor. Or use C-clamp and slowly push piston back in..watching brake fluid level in resovior to avoid over flow
Calliper off
Pull pads
Install new pads
Install calliper
Install spring
Take brake cleaner, and spray both sides of rotor to insure no oil/grease/what-not is on rotor surface
Put on wheel...torque to spec
Bed in brakes

Repeat side 2

An option would be to bleed brakes at this time
