Hey.
A buddy of mine has the m600 and he says it works okay, but if you plan on adding on an amp, go with either the 650 or 700. The 600 only has, i think, 1.8v or 2.2v, not sure which. the 650 or 700 have 4v out the preouts and each has 3 preouts.
Decide on how many options you want on your deck, but go with either the 650 or 700.
