Alrighty, I've looked through the various posts on this site about the different percentages of tint that folks use. And I was wonder what you folks over here in the capital district think. I'm not wanting to be pulled over all day, but I do know that I can't stand the 50% fronts and the 35% rear look... they need to be the same tint. So, my thoughts are to go 35 all the way around. I still think 35 is still too light, but I don't want to be pulled over. What should I do: 35 all around or 20 all around ??? Thanks

I have 35 all around and feel that if i went darker I wouldn't be able to see anything out of my windows are night! If you get a full metalic tint the car will look darker during the day, it looks almost like a miror tint!
Ant, What do you think? Sorry I had too.

I went with 32% all around. Looks great. And as Andy said, anything darker you won't really be able to see to well at night.

Go 35% of some type of metallic tint.
You get the even look you want. Night visibility wont be comprimised. You reduce the risk of being pulled over - esp in VA.

I went with 20 percent all the way around and I drove through VA for 2 hours and got pulled over and given a tint ticket. I would not advise getting 20 if you live in VA.
now I had 20 percent put on but your window comes stock with factory tint. So my tint metered at 12 percent. I would go with 35 percent charcoal all the way around. But then again if I had to do it over again I would go with 15 percent tint, which would bring it down to like 7-8 percent. I like my privacy!

I went 35% all around. Never been pulled over. Not as dark during the day, but on cloudy days and night looks great.

I went with 35 all around and failed inspection with it. The shop said that with the factory tint it made it just bairly too dark...and this is WV. From what I understand, VA is a little tighter on the rules, so you might want to check with the place your buying it from on what can pass.
