Sorry to hear about all the problems. Unfortunately I don't have the model number. I can try to find it but it might take a while.
If you can, try to get the HU for the GL back so HonkeyTonk can poop on it. He gets a lot of satisfaction out of covering those HU with various forms of human /animal excrement.
