The first thing everybody on this forum is going to do is tell you what a piece of junk the factory HU is, so don't be shocked if people tell you to "BUY A NEW HU!!" rather than telling you where to find an adapter. I'll check around for an adapter but I don't know if one exists.
I don't think the aftermarket cd player adaptor exists, but they do make an FM modulator that would plug inline with your antenna that would probably work. You would need to choose a station (usually between 88.7 and 89.3) to use to play your cds. The weakness of this type of system is that you are left with the frequency response of the FM tuner as your max bandwidth on your cd player. It'll usually cut off the upper (15khz+) and lower (40-50hz and down) octaves.
