BY THE WAY... Fuse #4 and #11 refer to the main fuse panel UNDER THE HOOD NEAR THE BATTERY, not in the passenger compartment.

You should pull the fuses & lay them on top of the recepticals they plug in to, loosely place the cover over the fuse box & wax your car, or polish the wheels, or perform some other routine maintenance task. I suggest you read the manual where it says "Do not use Mercon V as it may damage the internal components of your automatic transaxle".

Two minutes is usually enough time. Some people suggest 10 seconds is enough, others like to let it sit for twenty minutes or more.
