If I decide to sell the mean green machine, any recommendations?
Congratulations again.

thanks!
actually i sold mine through CEG. i put an ad in the classifieds and kept it "on top" and after a few weeks it sold. i had it in the autoshopper but didn't get any real bites from that. it's a somewhat difficult car to sell because not too many people know what it is and are willing to pay the price for it. i think your best bet (and cheapest) is to put it in the classifieds here and on www.fordcontour.org. there is another guy on here, sujeet (officercartman) that also sold his in the classifieds, he suggested that to me and said that he hadn't heard much anything from advertising it on www.cartrader.com.
mine was a 1998.5, ~69k mi, black/blue, loaded, and had some remaining ford esp. i originally advertised it for 8700 and ended up getting 7700 for it. little less than i wanted but thats ok with me. i have a lot of bills right now for grad school, my new job, and the upcoming wedding, so i really kinda needed to get it over and done with, even if it was a little less than what i wanted. where in nj are you located? if you're northern or central you will have better luck than me in selling it. i live down by atlantic city, most of the people interested in it were from NY. the fellow that purchased it was from NY actually. anyway, if you're close to ny or philly you're in luck because that's probably where your buyer will come from.
