if your intended use for the caps were to protect you door speakers from low bass you have the correct capacitors. assuming your speakers have a 4ohm nominal impedence your 199mF cap. will provide a 6db/octave 200Hz cutoff. as for the wiring make sure the caps are non polarized and just connect one (1) to the pos(+) terminal on your speaker. the (-) terminal does not need one, so for 4 speakers you just need 4 caps.
