You need to read a sentence further:
"Though the SVO only had a three year production run, future Mustangs and the new 87 Turbo Coupe would benefit from the SVO."
Look thru the sites and find the pictures of the SVO Mustang and the Turbo Coupes right next to each other on the advertisements...coincidence?? Please. The two were BROTHERS. There's even a picture that shows an Escort 1.6L turbo GT, an SVO and a Turbo Coupe all together...looks like SVO might have had their hand in the pot in that too...
My dad was working w/ Ford at the time they were developing this car...he has an 86 Turbo Coupe also...he KNOWS this stuff and it's now been proven. Is it really that difficult for you to accept?
