We are in the process of trying to get the riser plates made to make this a complete user friendly install. We are having the car test fittied to day and I will give updates when available. We are looking to price these at cost just to make the people feel at ease if they are worried about trying to make riser plates. I don't know if these will actually get made but we are gonna try. I will post a price when we are sure that we can get these made at an affordable price.

Ok,
I'm in if it comes in at $90 or less for the total. Thanks for organizing this.

Sounds good!!
I could be way off here, but since we are using longer bolts could we just put several washers at the end of each bolt to give us the extra clearance in place of the riser plate!?!?!

Eric- You can put me down if these riser plates can be fabbed. . .I don't like the whole idea of maching a piece of metal and getting it within spec, I just don't have the time. . .so I'm in at whatever price including the riser plate. . .
Are these compatible with Momo shift knobs that are ALREADY on our shifters?? That would be a plus as well. . .

I am almost 100% positive that the knob will fit. The factory one will fit why not an aftermarket one that is make for the factory shifter.

no this will not work...the whole tower has to be taller not just the bolts being longer...
